LDS Church’s Day to Serve “Pack the Pantries” (16th St Heights, DC)

In this video, Debbie Harrison, Director of Public Affairs for the Washington DC stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, speaks to us from the Day to Serve event at the newly-opened 16th St chapel.  For “Pack The Pantries”, the LDS DC stake partnered with numerous other local churches for an interfaith effort to support the Capital Area Food Bank.  Debbie also provides a little history of the LDS church in DC and shares how serving the community is a key aspect of LDS community life.
